If you want to work in a high-availability environment for your IT equipment, our IT maintenance contract is ideally suited to your needs.
We start by carrying out an audit to determine whether your workstation is operational. If it isn't, we reinstall your entire system (OS, peripherals, applications, antivirus, Internet, etc.). This is followed by a second check, in which we set up a system for backing up your documents (emails, favourites and address book) as well as a procedure for easily backing up your data.
After this initial intervention, 2 other interventions are scheduled for monthly maintenance of your IT equipment or troubleshooting in the event of equipment failure.
